Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given for the holding of the Annual General Meeting of Yass Music Club.
Time & Date: 7.30 pm, Thursday 8 June 2023
Place: The Mary Curll Room, St Clements Anglican Church, cnr Church and Rossi Sts Yass

1. Welcome by President.
2. Apologies and attendance (please fill in your name on the attendance list).
3. Confirmation of Minutes of previous AGM, held Thursday 23 June 2022.
4. To receive and consider the following reports for the year ended 31 December 2022 and, if thought fit, to accept them:
- President’s report
- Treasurer’s report, including the audited Financial Report for the year
- Music Directors’ report
- Scholarships report.
5. Election of Office Bearers and Committee Members
- Election of President
- Election of two Vice-Presidents
- Election of Secretary
- Election of Treasurer
- Election of two Music Directors
- Election of Ordinary Committee Members.
6. Appointment of Auditor
7. Special Resolution
‘That Yass Music Club adopt without alteration the Model Constitution prepared by NSW Fair Trading as released on 1 September 2022.’ (Please see explanatory note attached)
8. Other business
A Committee nomination form is provided with this notice. The agenda, nomination form, minutes of the 23 June 2022 AGM and the proposed Model Constitution will be posted on the Club’s web site, yassmusicclub.com.
