Notice is hereby given for the holding of the Annual General Meeting of Yass Music Club.

  2. Apologies and attendance (please fill in your name on the attendance sheet).
  3. Confirmation of Minutes of previous AGM, held Thursday 11 September 2025.
  4. To receive and consider the following reports for the period ended 30 June 2026 and, if thought fit, to accept them:
    -President’s report
    -Treasurer’s report, including the Financial Report for the period ended 30 June 2026
    -Music Director’s report
    -Scholarships report
  5. Election of Office Bearers and Committee Members
    -Election of President
    -Election of Vice-President
